What happens when you call
A first conversation usually opens with your goals. Maybe you want a new system, a battery added to panels you already own, or an array whose output has slipped over the years. From there we ask about your roof and how much power your home draws, then explain which materials make sense and why. Panel types, microinverters versus a string inverter, and the racking that suits your roof each carry trade-offs, and we lay those out in plain terms.
When the project seems worth pursuing, we arrange a visit so we can check the roof surface, the electrical panel and any shade from trees or neighboring structures firsthand. Nothing is decided on the first call, and nobody will push you toward equipment you do not need. We work in Murphy and nearby towns such as Wylie, Sachse and Parker.
Helpful to have ready before you call
- Several months of utility statements if you have them, since a July bill and a March bill tell very different stories about your power use.
- Your roof material and its approximate age, such as composition shingle, standing-seam metal or tile.
- The brand and model of any existing panels or inverter, which is usually printed on a label.
- A short note on anything you have noticed, like a warning light, a drop in output or heavy dust and pollen on the glass.
